Sessions offered are face to face or via video calling. All sessions will last up to 60 minutes. Any written summaries will incur a separate fee and can be discussed on an individual basis.

We are Able to Offer online therapy through chat mediums. All assessment and treatment sessions will last up to 60 minutes.

Some of our therapists offer clinical CBP supervision. This includes live supervision and marking of therapy sessions using appropriate formative scales, such as the Cognitive Therapy Scale, Revised (CTS-R).
